A Little Bit about Joddie Roberts ~ Your Realtor Wife to 1, mom to 8, Realtor to many! When I was first licensed I was "advised" to not bring my family into my business...my response, "How do I hide 8 kids?!" I'm sure my "advisors" meant well but the truth is the reason I got into Real Estate was for my kids! I wanted to offer financial support to my household and at the same time have flexibility so as not neglect my family. Real Estate has allowed me to do just that. I REALLY love Real Estate so getting into this business was an added bonus for me. The greatest joy I have is helping my clients achieve their Real Estate goals. Whether it's a Home Owner needing to sell (or just wanting to), or a Buyer looking for that perfect place to call home it brings great satisfaction walking through that process with them. First time Homebuyers are in a class of their own...often they have gone through a long process of saving for a down payment and getting their finances in order. When I get to hand them the keys to their first home, well, let's just say there is nothing like it! On the homefront I keep plenty busy! If I'm not at a football game then it's either basketball, or softball, or baseball or tennis! It's a blast and I wouldn't change it for anything ~ I'm proud of my kids and all their activities gives me the chance to meet some really great people! When I need to take a break or get away one of my favorite things to do is go fishing. I know, I'm weird, but I really do enjoy it. In fact, every year for Mother's Day I ask for a fishing license...my husband doesn't mind too much! I know a few short paragraphs can't tell you everything but hopefully I've been able to share enough for you to get to know me a little bit. I'd love to the opportunity to get to know you more and help you out with your Real Estate needs. Don't worry, I'm not pushy and I won't bug you with a bunch of phone calls. I will check in with you periodically to see how you're doing, see if I'm meeting your expectations or see if I can help you with anything but that's about it. I trust we'd build the kind of relationship that if you were in need of something you would feel free to call. "All I can strive to be is the absolute best possible version of myself." |
